We are from about 75 miles outside of Hampton and found Tysinger Motors on the Internet, specifically Autotrader.com. We wanted a preowned Lexus RX350. I engaged with Mike Collins over the phone. His enthusiasm and extreme courtesy frankly startled me - I bring a high standard to my work relationships but Mike took it to a whole other level. I felt he was shooting straight with me. He found one car I thought I liked but the color turned out to be not my wife's main preference and I told him so. But he didn't give up - instead he found the exact color match and style and year on the lot - and Tysinger is a Mercedes dealer so go figure. I sent Mike a positive buying signal immediately when he presented me with a price I recognized as serious and in my budget and set up an appointment to come see the car the next day (today). I asked Mike what time he'd be in Saturday but he wasn't working. So he set my wife and I up to work with Ed Burrows. We met Ed this morning, and he was the real deal as well. I could envision one day buying a Mercedes - you want to work with guys like Mike and Ed because it gives you a comfort that all this money you're spending is backed by a dealership with real people that are professional, care about the quality of your experience and if there's a problem, will be there to work with you through it. Ed let my wife and I test drive the vehicle while he prepped our paperwork. Then he turned us over to Greg Montie, one of the hardest working guys I ever saw. He wasn't high pressure at all. He patiently explained the financing and got me a BETTER rate than I walked in preapproved with which made me very happy. In short, I couldn't have had a better experience, my wife is nuts about her Lexus and when I need to replace my car in a few years, I'll be coming to see my new friends at Tysinger Motors first. I went to Tysinger motors to purchase a used vehicle. This is my family's 7 th purchase from Tysinger and will be our last. The remote entry was advertised on the "Dealer Prepared" automobile feature sheet. The car has only one door with a key hole and I purchased this vehicle with my spouse, hence a need for more than one key. I had no idea I would ever need to negotiate how many keys come with a vehicle. Not one of the other 6 vehicles I purchased came with less than 2 sets of keys. So, buyer beware if you plan on purchasing a vehicle from Tysinger, make sure you ask how many keys and remotes will come with the purchase of the vehicle. If that's the start of cost saving initiatives you may want to make a checklist and ensure you are getting floor mats, a radio and a spare tire. More

From the time my wife and I drove onto the dealership we were treated with the upmost respect. Thomas Duckwall came out and assisted my wife and I with the purchase of our used 2010 Sonata. Then while we waited for the paperwork to be done, Keith McCullers the sales manager made it a point to pop in and see how we were doing and him along with Thomas kept asking us if they could get us anything; drinks, snacks etc. We were given a tour of the facility and at no time did we ever feel pressured into buying the vehicle we had bought. The Finance guy Shak Ancrum was extremely helpful also and very pleasant and easy to deal with, he too asked us if we needed anything and was very professional in the way he handled our transaction with Tysinger. Over my 18 years of living here in this area, I have purchased several vehicles from different dealerships and they had been ok, but our treatment at Tysinger has been the best overall to date, and I will always go back when i need another car because of how they were to us. Tysinger exceeded our expectations! We bought a high mileage, pre-owned Mercedes for our daughter. Although we were buying the least expensive car on the lot, it didn't feel that way at all.
