Mr. Evans was straight forward with each vehicle I wanted to see. He told me which one(s) he like and which one he thinks would be best for me. I was exceptionally pleased with the fact that Bobby I was exceptionally pleased with the fact that Bobby Walters addressed all of my questions by email so that the amount of time necessary to complet I was exceptionally pleased with the fact that Bobby Walters addressed all of my questions by email so that the amount of time necessary to complete my decision as to what type of vehicle I desired to purchase, the options, availability and price so that an expedited check out process could be conducted. He possessed a great concern for my time limitations and inability to get transportation to pick the vehicle up, and rather than have a general service employee pick me up he took the time to do so himself continuing to answer even more questions that were on my mind as we approached the dealership. I don't make purchases of this magnatude often and my past experiences at dealerships were less than acceptable, so my overall rating for this experience at Tysinger Motors was great. More
I dealt with this dealership on purchase of a used vehicle, initially seen on internet. At the same time, I was interested in a similar vehicle in another state. also at a Mercedes Dealership. Whil vehicle, initially seen on internet. At the same time, I was interested in a similar vehicle in another state. also at a Mercedes Dealership. While working thru this, a few health problems developed in my family, which necessitated my stopping communication on this purchase, for an undetermined period of time........... I informed both salesmen at the 2 dealerships that I had developed a timing hitch. The other salesman kept calling me, they sent me emails asking if I was getting responses to my questions etc, when in fact they would not respond by email to specific questions I had already emailed them.......in other words, they wanted to talk to me on the phone, and were annoyingly persistent, and did not really respect my request for minimal calls, and to please communicate by email... Mr. Duckwall, on the other hand. was very responsive initially, but when I developed these timing issues " he basically said " hope everything works out, your family health is most important, call me when you are ready" then he did not bother me again, but if I inititated a question, he would answer it, and in my preferred mode. I completed the purchase yesterday, the entire transaction was professional, yet friendly, everyone I encountered at the Dealership was professional, and I would recommend Mr. Duckwall very highly. The service was great! I feel the staff is honest and not selling me services which are not needed. Everytime I visited the dealership, Chris was very straight forward with my needs.
