The car's malfunction indicator light came on. An appointment was very promptly scheduled, and work began before the appointed time. I was greeted by name upon arrival. The problem was promptly identified as the sensitivity of the evaporative emissions leak detector having been set too high at the factory, and the setpoint was adjusted, which corrected the problem (all this was clearly explained to me when the car was ready). The car had received its courtesy wash, all the work was done under warranty, and the car was ready to drive away. In addition to this nice experience with the service department, we had an outstanding experience when we bought the car, a 2010 Hyundai Genesis 4.6, new from Tysinger from Mitch Sears. He never applied any high pressure tactics, gave us an extremely fair price, and has taken an interest in our dealings with Tysinger ever since. More

My battery died and I had the vehicle towed to the dealer after hours. The next morning Andy called and advised me that they were looking at the vehicle and would call me. When my vehicle was done, Andy called me to let me know it was ready. While he was on the phone with me he advised me what work would be done at my next service date.
