Car took longer than expected to service apparently because of back log. Costs are always too high. Wheels bend too easily, complaints on this are all over the internet. I would recommend this dealership because I never felt pressured to purchase a car. After Mr. Walters determined the use of the car, he just explained the qualities of the car, how everything worked and e pressured to purchase a car. After Mr. Walters determined the use of the car, he just explained the qualities of the car, how everything worked and even compared the car to some of the other cars I had reseached for possible purchase. He wanted me to drive the car but since it was raining, I declined. He took me for a ride in a car that right "in front of the door" and we talked about the features which gave me addtional time to ask questions. when returning from the ride, I felt that I could discuss the price of the car. After completing the paperwork, I agreed to call/return the next day to let Mr. walters know if I wanted to purchase a car. During the entire time of my first visit, Mr. Walters kept his friendly smile, did not rush me with information, and made sure all my questions were answered. The next day, I decided to purchase the car that was "right in front of the door" because Mr. Walters convinced me that it was there just for me. I also would like to commend the dealership on the cleanliness of the buildings, bathrooms and offices. More
