I had a great experience working with Tysinger Hyundai. I was back and forth between two dealerships, I chose Tysinger because they went well out of their way to find me my exact car (color, model, year, eve was back and forth between two dealerships, I chose Tysinger because they went well out of their way to find me my exact car (color, model, year, every last detail). In the end, the other dealership actually beat the price that Tysinger had given me (at a huge loss to them) but I was so impressed with Tysinger it came down to quality of personal service rather than a small difference in price. Their were some minor repairs that I had to take care of on my vehicle, so that is when I met the sweet Marie Tominich. She always had a smile on her face and kept her word. The service at the dealership was execellent. it's the Mercedes Product I have an issue with. The 2006 R350 had the intake manifold replaced and after driving away from the dealer the car started to act u Mercedes Product I have an issue with. The 2006 R350 had the intake manifold replaced and after driving away from the dealer the car started to act up again. Left the car at the dealer and now another and biger problem has been reveled. The balance shaft which seems to be a problem with the 350 engine neds to be replaced. If it wasnt for the extended warranty the cost of repair is $5,000 dollars or more. The total cost of repair inclusinve of the intake manifold is $7,500. The trade in value is 13K maybe??? More

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very friendly. Thomas Duckwall went out of his way to help me. He offered to pick me up at my house in order to pick up the car.
