I had a great experience working with Tysinger Hyundai. I was back and forth between two dealerships, I chose Tysinger because they went well out of their way to find me my exact car (color, model, year, eve was back and forth between two dealerships, I chose Tysinger because they went well out of their way to find me my exact car (color, model, year, every last detail). In the end, the other dealership actually beat the price that Tysinger had given me (at a huge loss to them) but I was so impressed with Tysinger it came down to quality of personal service rather than a small difference in price. I'm in the military and now have my very first brand new car (2013 Sonata) I got a great deal and I couldn't be happier. Bobby was the best and really great to work with. More

After purchasing my car, I met Greg Montie, the finance manager who has a great sense of humor and really explained the neccessity of purchasing an extended warranty. Their were some minor repairs that I had to take care of on my vehicle, so that is when I met the sweet Marie Tominich. She always had a smile on her face and kept her word. When she said she was going to call me in the morning, she called. So far my experience at Tysinger has been wonderful. I wish to continue to do business with you in the future. More
The service at the dealership was execellent. it's the Mercedes Product I have an issue with. The 2006 R350 had the intake manifold replaced and after driving away from the dealer the car started to act u Mercedes Product I have an issue with. The 2006 R350 had the intake manifold replaced and after driving away from the dealer the car started to act up again. Left the car at the dealer and now another and biger problem has been reveled. The balance shaft which seems to be a problem with the 350 engine neds to be replaced. If it wasnt for the extended warranty the cost of repair is $5,000 dollars or more. The total cost of repair inclusinve of the intake manifold is $7,500. The trade in value is 13K maybe??? More

I also appreciate the vehicle inspection and treatment packet they give me along with my receipt. It shows what they reviewed and the technician's notes on the car! They also offer courtesy shuttle service so I am not just bumming rides each service visit.Great Job Guys. More
Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very friendly. Thomas Duckwall went out of his way to help me. He offered to pick me up at my house in order to pick up the car.
