My wife and I were working with Jeff and Miles on a e350 Bluetec. We test drove it and worked out a good purchase price. We left with plans to think about it overnite. A few more miles down the road, our car lost the fan belt. We are new to this area and our house was 30 miles away. I called back to the dealership.Jeff came out and picked us up. We went back to dealership, where Jeff helped us get our car towed and loaned us a new car to drive home. And all this was at 4:30 on Memorial Day.The next day we called in and told Jeff we were going to buy the new e350. Marie in service took good care of our broken car ,keeping us very well informed at each step of the repairs, which were made in a timely manner and at fair price. More
I brought my car to the service department on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 for an inspection at 9:00 a.m. I was told late that afternoon that I had additional problems and it would be an additional cost with al May 22, 2012 for an inspection at 9:00 a.m. I was told late that afternoon that I had additional problems and it would be an additional cost with all cost totaling approximately 700 dollars. I was called on Wednesday and told they had found that all four of my tires were dry rotten on the inside of all tires and it would be either 900+ or 1,300 for the same tires that I had (Mitchlen). Well, I was very upset with the service by this time and with Andy Trowbridge. I felt if he had told me everything in the beginning I would have been able to determine what I wanted done first, and could have waited on the tune up and oil change. At this point I didn't trust anything he said. The next week I got a call from Ms. Hamlet after she got a call from my brother who helped me purchase by first Mercedez form Tysinger. I was determined not to come back, but she took care of everything, and got in touch with the company who manufactured the tires. I was given a very good deal on the tires, and finally got the rejection sticker taken off my Mercedez. I was very happy after that, because before then the service had been excellent. I love my car and did not want to have any bad experiences with the people who care of "Queen Mercedez" (thats what I call my car). Tysinger,you are simply the best, better than all the rest!! Wow, i'll just say that this is the best service I have ever encountered at a dealership. Robin was very friendly and helpful for when I brought my genesis coupe in for service, explaining everything that ever encountered at a dealership. I found Tysinger online and after my visit I only wish I had found them sooner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the work was completed very quickly, even after being dropped off late in the day had found them sooner. When I had the terrible misfortune of being in a car accident and being told that my car was totaled, I reached for the business card of Mitch Sears. I had met him previously when he appraised my 2008 Elantra, which I happened to have purchased from Tysinger. He was very friendly and responsive, but not pushy. He took very good care of me during my car buying experience. He answered all of my questions. Even if he didn't know the answer he would find out and get back with me in a timely fashion. When I needed my space to think, he gave me all the room I needed. He informed me of every detail so that I wouldn't be blindsided. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. More
