His down-to-earth demeanor and approachability made me quite comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. He, very carefully, walked me through the features of the car and did a wonderful job of explaining everything. He made my car buying experience very positive, unlike the negative experience I had at several other dealerships. I was also surprised with the follow up communication from Andrew after I purchased my vehicle to make sure I was happy with the car, and to see if I had any questions or concerns that he could answer for me. The Finance Manager, Mike Roberts was friendly and helpful. Not once during the entire purchase experience did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Wife and I Liked a 2007 suzuki xl 7, everything was fine until our trade in issue. Well first we were offered a less value, than we were offered 2500, so we seteled on that but the next day they offered 22 until our trade in issue. Well first we were offered a less value, than we were offered 2500, so we seteled on that but the next day they offered 2200, so we were a little unhappy but went along, when we were reviewing the paper work it had 2500 so we were assured it will stand at that price. But the next day they called and said it is back at 2200. I told the the deal is off. I will not shop at this dealer to me they are fraud. More

It was mechanically sound, but lately ill enough to tell me it was time for a new car. I found the Elantra accidentally. An online home page story rate 10 fave cars Americans drive and the Elantra made the list amid mostly luxury cars. Sales woman Summer Stowell was professional and pleasant in showing off the vehicle, Her team worked well with her to complete the sale to me. Forty eight hours after driving the car out of the lot I'm loving it. My previous car was a 5-speed manual, and I've gotten comfortable with the 6-speed automatic clutchless shifting. I appreciate the double lighter outlets where I can plug in my phone charger. The dashboard is highly functional. I was not thrilled about paying a car note, but I realize I made an intelligent [and fun] choice. More
I went to Hyundai Priority my first go around. I was going to settle for the same car with the color I didnt want. But the car was coming from Baltimore. A week later I called Tysinger (still without a car) and they went above and beyond to best aquire what I was asking for at the price I wanted. After being treated horribly at Priority, I was relieve to have so many people at Tysinger treat me with convection. Even though I'm not a "money having image", they treated me like a person and never prejudged my appreance. I felt as if they treated me like family. Thank you so very much for the great experince of buying my first new car, and saving me from spending a lot of money for something that wasnt ideal for me. Everyone I encountered at Tysinger (named above) was very responsive in answering any question I had and they followed through to make certain that the concerns of my wife and I were taken care of. The personnel in the Loaner Car department also paid special attention to my needs when dslivering and picking up their cars. I'm sure that their were numerous people throughout Tysinger Motors that assisted in many ways on getting my ML350 ready and I am very appreciative of their efforts also. More

Chris, the service manager, always recommends the right service for my vehicles and has never recommended something that was not needed. I also cannot say enough about my good friend Paul Westcott who with his superior knowledge of vehicles and his sales skills have led me to recommend several people to the dealership who have purchased vehicles.
