My husband and I visited Tysinger Hyundai after speaking to sales associate Summer Stowell on the phone about a vehicle we had seen on line. She introduced us to Megan Young, a sales associate in training, and then showed us the features of the Hyundai Sonata. Summer was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the initial inspection and test drive, and escorted us inside at our request to work out the details of the sale. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. We made an offer on the vehicle that was well below the sticker price, which Summer took to the sales manager and was accepted. No haggling, no manipulating, no problem. We finished the deal with finance manager Greg Montie, also pleasant and professional, and drove away as extremely satisfied customers. This was our first experience at Tysinger, but we would certainly do business with them again. We received a quality vehicle, that had been inspected and serviced, at a great price, and were treated with respect by all the staff we came in contact with. I came to Tysinger to look at an Audi Q7 my wife found on Craigslist. Mr. Jameson gave me a warm greeting a few moments after I got out of my car, and not the usual car salesman shark type jump right-into-bu Craigslist. Mr. Jameson gave me a warm greeting a few moments after I got out of my car, and not the usual car salesman shark type jump right-into-business speak as if I were a robot butler sent to retrieve an item. We got to talking about what I was looking for like a specific automobile. I told him about the Q7 my wife saw, and he took me over to where it was parked. After opening the door he showed me the interior with all its amenities as well as the entertainment console. I did ask him which Mercedes SUV would be comparable in size with the Q7, to which he said was the M-Class. I asked him if it had a 3rd row seat and he said for that I would have to move up to the GL-Class. When he told me the starting price for the GL-Class, after asking, I promptly said that it was way out of our price range.....for now. But some day, we will get there! After a smooth test drive which included both freeway and city areas, we went in to figure the numbers. The final pricing was near market value and they gave me a good amount for my trade in. Financing went smooth as well as the paperwork. Soon, after the guys who work the magic behind the scenes of the establishment, I was delivered a 2010 Q7 which I could have sworn is brand new! My wife loves her Audi and thought I had bought a new one for her! I would, and have already, recommended Tysinger Motor Company to anyone looking for a new or used automobile. You will not find a better experience shopping for an automobile. More
