We were extremely pleased with the ability of the sales staff, especially Mike Burgess, to find the vehicle my wife was interested in and match the deal we had been offered at another dealership on that car as well as give us a great deal on a second vehicle. It's so refreshing to see a focus on "how we can do someting" instead of hearing "why we cannot" which seams to be the answer at other dealerships. We will be glad to recommed Tysinger to others! Used USAA buying service to buy a new Hyundai Genesis. Tysinger didn't have what I wanted in stock, but located and transferred the car at no charge. I leased the car, paid sticker price except for $500 veteran discount. I didn't think the offer for my used car was very good, it was low ball and you'll make money on it. Mitch Sears and Larry Stevenson gave my wife and I a great deal and a fair price on a 2013 Hyundai Accent. Although they did not have the color (blue) that my wife felt my daughter wanted in stock. We thought at first that we had found the one, but when we discovered that the color we wanted would not arrive in time to gift to our daughter. I have to mention the fact that the car was to be a birthday gift for my daughter who was turning 19 in just a couple of days from the date of this purchase. So time played a factor in the delivery of this car which was found in Florida, and I was very pleased with how I was kept in the loop of the process the entire time. Nevertheless, we decided on the color which I had initially picked or decided on from the start and that was the silver color. I would like to also mention the fact that my wife and I had decided from the very beginning that we were only going to Tysinger, that we were not going to any other dealership. My wife had been servicing her 2010 Journey at Tysinger and we only wanted to look and buy at Tysinger for this vehicle. This particular dealership is only a 20 minute drive from our home in Hampton. My daughter was very… very happy with her birthday gift and we were very happy with the deal and all of the folks, Mitch Sears, who did the initial sale, Larry Stevenson, who conducted the search for the color we wanted and Shaq, who did the final paperwork and was a very nice person to work with. He did not waste any time and had us out of the dealership in less than an hour. Mitch has called me several times since, to check to ensure everything is going well with the new car. We will be happy to buy again from Tysinger Hyundai, should the need for another vehicle arises.
