My sales advisor Samantha Terepka was outstanding. She was very sincere and outgoing from the first time she called my phone, with a trade initiative. When attempting to sale me on a vehicle, she placed all of my needs first. Her angle was very caring and compassionate. I had not had a car sales experience as relaxing as I did with her. She honestly seemed to care, and she was excellent with her patience and understanding. I even had to bring my 3 girls along with me, and she ensured they were also happy and comfortable. If I could have a sales person like that for every big purchase I made in life, the experiences would actually be enjoyable. She is the true definition of a sales woman. She has the compassion of a women and the knowledge of a professional. Samantha was very helpful and patient with me as this was my very first car buying experience (from a dealership). She not only answered all my questions but she also stayed late into the evening as I ran la my very first car buying experience (from a dealership). She also gave me a follow up call a few weeks after the purchase to be sure I was satisfied with my purchase. As part of the purchase..the dealership gave me work order to have the door handles touched up as the paint was peeling/cracking around them. When I brought it in for the touch up work I dealt with Robin who was also very nice and patient with me as she explained the process of getting a loaner call. She explained that she decided to go ahead and just repaint all 4 door handles (as a "touch-up" wouldn't do it justice.) She also dealt with my check engine light problem which i sprung on her the morning of my touch up appointment. She followed up with me throughout the day and called me back each time she said she would. I can't speak for the rest of the crew at the dealership but these 2 ladies did their jobs very well amd very professionally. So much so my realtives are thinking about getting their next purchase from here due to the way everyone treated me. JOB WELL DONE!!! More

I bought my Hyundai Azera earlier this month. This is my 4th car buying experience from Tysinger (including my wife's and mom's) and 3rd from Mitch Sears. You couldn't ask for any more dedication from a dealership and sales advisor than Tysinger and Mitch. They worked to find the vehicle I wanted and didn't rest until it was found and on the lot. I originally intended on getting a silver vehicle. Due to the demand for new Azeras, we were out of luck finding exactly what I wanted. On a Saturday, Mitch calls to tell me they have a new Azera with the tech package in "Bronze Mystic Metallic". I was completely unsure of the color, but Mitch said, "it’s a light color and I think you will like it". My wife and I stopped by less than an hour later and on site of the car, I loved it. The vehicle is much more than I could have wanted and I extremely happy with my purchase. From the time I was looking into the new Azeras until signing papers with Bobby Walter, I was made comfortable in the fact that Tysinger was there to make the most of my car buying experience. Every step of the way was painless and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.
