As I was seriously considering trading in my large SUV for a gas sipper, I had been doing research on-line and was very interested in the Hyundai Elantra. Since Tysinger is just a 30 minute drive from me for a gas sipper, I had been doing research on-line and was very interested in the Hyundai Elantra. Since Tysinger is just a 30 minute drive from me, I decided to fill out their inquiry form on-line. Within a short amount of time, I received a phone call from Samantha who works at Tysinger Hyundai. She invited me to stop by the dealership to see the Elantra in person, which I did a couple of days later. Since Samantha was off that day, Mitch Sears offered to show me the Elantra and answer any questions I may have had. From the very beginning, Mitch made me feel at ease. He was very personable, asking me many questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle, what features were important to me, and then he took the time to explain all the features the Elantra offered. I then decided to take the car for a test drive and was very impressed with the support the seats have - especially the lumbar support, how well the vehicle drove, and the layout of the instruments - easily accessible for the driver, to name a few. I noticed that Hyundai puts alot of extra creature comforts into their vehicles and the warranty is by far, the best out there. I told Mitch I wanted to go home that evening and think about everything we had talked about before making a decision. He never once pressured me to make the deal that night. In fact, he said he understood it was an important decision, and walked me out to my vehicle. He never once pressured me to stay and talk about making a deal that night. Needless to say, I came back the next night and bought a beautiful 2013 Elantra Limited and I couldn't be happier. Mitch, Shak, and Bobby stayed well past the dealership's closing time to write the deal and were as pleasant as could be from start to finish. And I would also like to say that they were very fair in giving me a good trade in value on my vehicle. My entire experience with Tysinger Hyundai was very enjoyable, there was no pressure or stress, they were very professional and I would highly recommended them to anyone! I had a tpms alarm 3 times in 24 hours.I went to the dealership since I had my tires filled with nitrogen there.
