Jesse truly went above and beyond the call of duty. First, the car I selected was purchased by another consumer before I could finalize my purchase so Jesse arranged for a loaner car for me to use until my vehicle arrived from another dealership. Then, my wife could not make it to the dealership to sign the purchase contract so they prepared all of the documents and allowed me to take them home for her to sign. Second Hadrian was our sales advisor who was phenomenal his knowledge of the Mercedes Benz Family was endless he was able to explain the architectural structural of the Mercedes from the hood to the back bumper I was blown away on how he explain the details of this machine. I walked away from him feeling like I just went to school on how to build a Mercedes and how the Mercedes protects and offer safety for its drivers I wanted to buy one for my entire family. Hadrian often would tell us funny stories about him and his family enjoying their Mercedes which was very impressive. Lastly, over all Hadrian was very patient and knowledgable about the Mercedes Family, he answered all of my husband and my questions without us feeling rushed or obligated to buy.
