Birch Purchase I met Jerrel on my 1st visit and he was friendly & helpful; went for a test drive. I called him 2 days later and asked him to check to see if the reb I met Jerrel on my 1st visit and he was friendly & helpful; went for a test drive. I called him 2 days later and asked him to check to see if the rebates had changed on the Santa Fe as August came in. He did not call me back w/that information. Bill Upton met me on my 2nd trip into the dealership and his professionalism & discernment was excellent.
