I saw a vehicle on line and stopped by to look at it. I was introduced to Megan and she told me the the vehicle was out with a customer but it would be back within 2 days. I agreed to come back when the vehicle was returned. Due to the holiday I was not able to get back until after Christmas. I took my wife and went to the dealership and met with Megan. My wife saw the vehicle I was interested in and did not like it at all. Megan then showed us a 07 Elantra that meet my needs with price and type of vehicle. Megan was very helpful. My only complaint was it seemed to take a long time to do the paper work by the finance person since we paid cash and there was on loans attached to the vehicle. More

Our first purchase from Tysinger was with a sales person no longer with your organization. Being 78 years old...and impulsive, I have probably purchased well over 100 cars. (In the first 20 years of my retirement, we moved, bought 22 homes and even more cars.) The auto buying process has never been easier than it has been with Tysinger. I cannot imagine buying a car any place else and I never fail to recommend to friends that they consider Tysinger for their next purchase. The purchase process with so many other dealers, even luxury car dealers, is so often like playing a shell game in a carnival. Not so with Tysinger. Tysinger personnel are honest, straight-forward, courteous, knowledgable and responsive. Unless you start giving your cars away, I don't see how you could improve the experience. Ronald Sustana More
I did not think there were really dealerships that still gave such a superior experience! Came to the dealership with my son-in-law last week and was wowed by the service, courtesy and ease of putting toget gave such a superior experience! Came to the dealership with my son-in-law last week and was wowed by the service, courtesy and ease of putting together a deal on a CLS550 by Mike Gibbs. Truly a pleasure. I also found Greg Montie to be excellent in discussing finance possibilities. My son-in-law walked out with exactly the deal he wanted. I decided to think about replacing my 2008 Lexus LS460 L and paid a visit again to Mike Gibbs. He again totally wowed and surprised me with his work in putting together the deal i wanted! I was so pleased with that deal (2013 CLS 550) i also bought my wife a new GLK 350! Great job Mike! And again Greg Montie was fantastic in giving options on the financing! What a terrific team! I beleive Keith McCullers worked with this team to put the deal together as well! Thank you all. This dealership through their work has gained a customer for life! He took my on a detailed tour of the model I was interested in, talked about the design, engineering, safety, and the superior assembly. Amazingly, he allowed the vehicle to sell itself to me (and it really did!), with friendly guidance and absolutely NO pressure. Even though I was comparing similar models at other dealerships, I knew after speaking with the Tysinger team, that I was buying a car from this fantastic dealership. I had visited Tysinger MB and asked for Ed based on some reviews submitted on this website. Previously, I had never heard or met him. I had been looking at the MB C-class for a while and went to check out reviews submitted on this website. Previously, I had never heard or met him. I had been looking at the MB C-class for a while and went to check out the vehicle not expecting more than the normal dealership experience. After stepping foot in the door, I was greeted and told the Ed would be with me momentarily. After meeting him, I told him my situation, we went and looked at some vehicles, took a test drive and I ended up Leasing a new '13 C350 w/ AMG sport pkg. From beginning to end, the deciding factor for me was the entire experience as a customer/client. At no time did I feel rushed, insulted, degraded, or stereo-typed. It was honestly unlike any dealership I had ever visited. Everyone, including both sales managers, were as easy-going, direct, and up-front as could be. Ed did a fantastic job of facilitating my trade-in/sale information and making sure I was comfortable with all the information I was given. I was showed around the service department and he tol me about what separates Tysinger from other dealerships, and other companies, out there. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, integrity, customer-focused approach, and honesty as a salesperson. After all was said and done, I was taken aback by the geniune courtesy and kindness offered by everyone there. It is out of character for dealerships to run this way--at least the ones I've been to. Usually, most people feel worn out, cheated, and somewhat emotionally abused when going to buy a car. I usually buy most of my vehicles online so I don't have to deal with the dealership experience specifically. In his case, my expectations were exceeded and I will definitely be back to purchase another car from them. Also--another point, at no time was I forced to sit in any office and wait for information or pricing. Everything was done at my leisure and in the open where I was most comfortable. That is something that is rarely found in most dealerships. I highly recommend Tysinger Mercedes Benz to anybody in the market for a new/pre-owned MB or other make. I sincerely hope that they continue their work ethic of providing world-class service to their clients--from whatever age or demographic. I was treated as a person and not as a sale and because of that I will continue to patronize the Tysinger family of companies. More
