Mike Gibbs provided my wife and I with great service and answered all of our questions. He went out his way to make sure that we thoroughly understood what the cars we were interested in had to offer. We on answered all of our questions. I honestly have never had a better car buying experience than the one I had with Tysinger. I live in a different city, and Thomas helped me and did a lot of the preliminary work over the phone. Usually, the hours spent in a car dealership buying a car are boring and stressful, but that was not the case at Tysinger. Everyone was friendly - it really felt like we were just hanging out with friends during the process. And the coffee was great! My review of Tysinger Hyundai is one made in high regard. My story in short goes as follows, after dealing with 2 other Hyundai dealerships over a 2 month span I was directed to Tysinger by my financial ins My story in short goes as follows, after dealing with 2 other Hyundai dealerships over a 2 month span I was directed to Tysinger by my financial institutions car buying service. I was instantly contacted by Kevin Mooring. I explained to Kevin my situation, length of time I had been looking and the lowest price I had received from other dealers, which at the time I thought were fairly good. Kevin asked me what it would take for me to buy from Tysinger. I gave him the price it would take and he not only met it, he beat it. Yes, I actually received a quote from this dealership that was less than what I said I was willing to pay, substantially less and unsolicited. Being savy, I then contacted one of the other dealers I had been working with and disclosed Tysingers price. Not only did they tell me they couldnt come close, they swore up and down to me that it was not possible and that there had to be something wrong with the deal. Skeptically we drove to Tysinger that day and met Kevin for the first time. When we pulled up our car was sitting under the overhang cleaned and waiting. There was slight confusion involving the sales manager's arithmetic, however with a little time and patience the deal was completed as quoted over the phone. I can not comment on any of the other sales reps at the dealership but I can comment on Kevin Mooring, he was definately top notch. I not only recommend I highly advise anyone in the market for a new car, check out Tysinger and ask for Kevin Mooring. More
