This is our second review and we are so pleased with our experience. The whole sales experience was unlike no other dealer we've dealt with. 2 service visits; 1. 1/19/2013 I was "just looking" at the Hyundai Tucson. Horace Hammonds was the first to greet me. Friendly and professional. He was working with a customer so he sent Andrea Johnson out to assist me. Andrea is pleasant and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with confidence and a sincere smile. She took my info since I wanted to wait 6mos before buying a vehicle. I was so impressed by Andrea's helpfulness that I set up an appt with her the following week to test drive the vehicle. She is accessible via email & phone. There we were in the snow and ice checking out the Tucson. What I liked most is that she listened and met my need in a 2012 Tucson GLS. Mike Roberts completed my financial paperwork. He worked quickly and was easy to talk to. He asked specific questions in order to ascertain which maintenance plan would be best for me. The day after completing my paperwork, I had additional questions and he returned my call promptly. I find myself telling others about the excellent service and the vehicle. The unique style of the Tucson speaks volumes. I've been showing the vehicle inside and out to my co-workers. I've left Andrea's business card in strategic places all over the workplace. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Mercedes products and made us excited to join the Mercedes/Tysinger family. This was THE BEST car sales experience we've ever had, thanks to Ed and the rest of the team (Managers, Shak, Charlie Brown). We intend to use the dealership's service dept for our vehicle needs based on how immaculate the vehicle looked and how well serviced it has been up to this point. We'll also use it because Ed recommended that we do so. I will encourage my friends to use Ed and Tysinger next time they need a vehicle. And in the next 3-5 years when we want a different car, Ed and Tysinger will be our first call. More
While purchasing a new car, I received outstanding service. I went into the dealership knowing that I would leave that day with a new vehicle and Matt provided me with everything I needed to make an service. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Mercedes Benz C300 Sport on Tuesday and it was delivered this morning. We live over 200 miles from the dealership and had no qualms about wiring the money or buying the car w on Tuesday and it was delivered this morning. We live over 200 miles from the dealership and had no qualms about wiring the money or buying the car without driving/inspecting it in person, as the salesman (Michael Tucker) and sales manager (Miles Burcher) displayed complete professionalism and instilled trust throughout the entire process. We appreciated the total lack of pressure as well as the product knowledge demonstrated by Michael and Miles. We have purchased more than a dozen fine cars (BMWs, Mercedes and Porsches) over the past 25 years and this was easily one of our most positive transactions. Needless to to say, we highly recommend the dealership and sales team members who assisted us. More
