1/19/2013 I was "just looking" at the Hyundai Tucson. Horace Hammonds was the first to greet me. Friendly and professional. She took my info since I wanted to wait 6mos before buying a vehicle. I was so impressed by Andrea's helpfulness that I set up an appt with her the following week to test drive the vehicle. She is accessible via email & phone. There we were in the snow and ice checking out the Tucson. What I liked most is that she listened and met my need in a 2012 Tucson GLS. Mike Roberts completed my financial paperwork. He worked quickly and was easy to talk to. He asked specific questions in order to ascertain which maintenance plan would be best for me. We intend to use the dealership's service dept for our vehicle needs based on how immaculate the vehicle looked and how well serviced it has been up to this point. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Mercedes Benz C300 Sport on Tuesday and it was delivered this morning. We appreciated the total lack of pressure as well as the product knowledge demonstrated by Michael and Miles. We have purchased more than a dozen fine cars (BMWs, Mercedes and Porsches) over the past 25 years and this was easily one of our most positive transactions.
