The Green Team always delivers. Delano is knowledgeable and courteous. The drivers who picked up and delivered my car did a great job. The car runs good, the tire is repaired, and I intend to return for service in the future. The young lady who booked the reservation went out of her way to "make nice" after someone disconnected or gave me incorrect information several times. I appreciate the gesture of extending a loaner car and valet service. I formerly took my car to Phillips, where I was always offered a newer model Benz as a loaner if the service was over three hours. She was efficient, professional, courteous and concerned about my having to call back three times to get the information and service booking I requested. I wish I remembered her name to make sure she gets "kudos". More
