From the moment we arrived we were met by one of the managers who introduced us to Hadrian Apoderado. Hadrian is Master Certified and provided an in depth overview of the GLK and answered all of our questions and concerns. The car we selected was transferred from out of state and Hadrian kept us informed of the status of the car the entire time. The car arrived within a timely manner and was in mint condition. Our experience with Tysinger was seamless from beginning to end which made the experience even more enjoyable. Shak Ancrum completed all of our paperwork while we toured our new car and provided great customer service. We drove away feeling well informed about our new car and reassured that Hadrian was just a phone call away. It has been a week exactly since our new purchase and Hadrian has followed up with us twice just to make sure we were adjusting well.
