I was in the market for replacing my previous car and while searching the web for Lincoln Town cars; I came across Tysinger's used car inventory. I found the vehicle through USAA's car buying service and went to Tysinger to just look at and test drive it. I looked at the van in the lot and went inside to find a salesman to talk about it. Mitch was the first person I saw and he was very courteous and friendly to me. He answered all the questions I had about it, went with me for a test drive, and offered to let me take the van back to my house to let my wife look at it. I went back to the dealership with the intention of buying it. I had already been approved for a car loan through USAA and Mike was able to find a lendor to beat the APR that USAA had quoted me. I signed all the paperwork that evening, keeping Mitch and Mike well past the dealership's closing time, but they never said anything about working late. I feel that I got a really good deal on a used vehicle and was treated fairly and with just as much respect as if I were buying a new vehicle. More

I hate buying cars. Tysinger, especially Samantha, made this experience pleasant and rewarding. We actually just went to look at cars and because of the friendly atmosphere we bought a car.
