Met with Mitch Sears who proved to be very knowledgeable of his product. He offered no "high pressure" to purchase the car. Ed had the car I now lease, waiting for me in the lot to test drive upon arrival. He was very hospitable and gave us snacks and waters and we had coffee as well. The whole process was so quick, I didn't realize that they approved my loan and I was now leasing the smart car! My husband bought 2 Mercedez-Benz's from Ed and now I know why. I didn't purchase the vehicle that day, but Mr. Smith followed up with me. He kept me informed on the status of the car. I went back a week later to look at other colors and models. Mr. Smith was helpful in finding me the vehicle I wanted. I purchased the vehicle I wanted and became a member of the Tysinger family. Unfortunately, due to the very high level of extras on this particular vehicle, the price was above my budget. When the Sales Associate realized this, he was extremely apologetic and e-mailed me confirmation of his regret and continued search for my perfect vehicle. To my surprise, I was again presented with another vehicle for my consideration within a short period of time. On this occasion, I was offered another exact match, within my budget and an officially Certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz vehicle! When the car was presented to me at the Dealership, it was virtually impossible to distinguish it from a brand new car. Needles to say, my buying experience at Tysinger was exemplary. More
