I would like to thank Mike Dryden and Britt Whitney for the courteous and friendly service I was given at Tysinger this week. I have a custom Smart car. I was told at another dealership when I took my car the courteous and friendly service I was given at Tysinger this week. I have a custom Smart car. I was told at another dealership when I took my car for inspection that I needed a manufactory muffler. I decided to get a second opinion. I am glad I did because after taking my car to Tysinger, it was discovered that I needed a custom muffler if I wanted what I have on the car, which I did. I had a rejection sticker put on the car which gave me time to find a muffler place that could possibly get this taken care of. It had to be ordered and alterations done to make it work. Had I not come to Tysinger, the other dealership would have gotten a muffler that I would not have been pleased with at all. Mike and Britt saved a possible bad situation. When I called back after the muffler was done,Britt was very, very helpful in working around my schedule to get me in for the inspection. I plan to be a lifetime supporter of Tysinger and it is because of the GREAT service I received from Britt and Mike. Thanks to these two gentlemen. My overall buying experience far surpassed any experience I've had with any other sales person at any other dealer. I never felt pressured to do anything outside of my comfort zone and the entire time it was I've had with any other sales person at any other dealer. I never felt pressured to do anything outside of my comfort zone and the entire time it was no non-sense, no gimmicks, no hidden anything. Mitch was very honest and worked around exactly what I wanted and focused on what would be best for me long-term. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all the questions I had, which as a young female it's a big deal to not be made to feel condescended, he was totally respectful and open to all of my questions. I appreciated that the car and all of its functions were thoroughly explained and demonstrated. The experience was very easy to understand and hands on; again no non-sense. I was introduced to the employees in the service department and made to feel comfortable, they made me feel like if I ever needed anything they'd take care of me like family. They definitely put the customer first and I will never go through anyone else and neither will anyone I know if I can stop them from taking their business to somewhere that is ultimately just going to be a headache I will. My buying experience was so exciting and I left so happy with my purchase. Awesome job Mitch! As well as the rest of the staff that helped me at Tysinger THANK YOU SO MUCH! And keep up the good work! I'm one happy customer that will be spreading the word about what a great experience I had, and I will send everyone I can your way. Everyone deserves to have this good of a car buying experience. All of the areas mentioned, the service was exceptional. I drove 22 miles past Phillips to bring my car to Tysinger with the "tire pressure" light red and the sound pinging the entire drive. Since we purchased our E350 from Tysinger in 2006, we have had the car serviced at the dealer. We have expected a high level of technical ability as well as friendly and accommodating service as fitting have had the car serviced at the dealer. We have expected a high level of technical ability as well as friendly and accommodating service as fitting a Mercedes Benz, and we have not been disappointed. Since Andy Trowbridge became our service advisor, we have been very happy. Also, Brett Whitney has provided excellent service recently. Although Tysinger is a long way from our home in Williamsburg, we continue to make the trip because of the excellent service. More
This being my first new car, I did a lot of research ahead of time and was put in touch with Samantha. Due to my moving situation I was several months away from purchasing (or even test driving), but Sa ahead of time and was put in touch with Samantha. Due to my moving situation I was several months away from purchasing (or even test driving), but Samantha was attentive and professional, keeping in contact the whole time I was out of the country. When I returned to finally purchase, she had taken care of nearly everything in advance to make the process as painless as possible. They even found me a better financing rate than I had been able to acquire through my bank. I was initally put in contact with several dealerships while looking for my car, but I came back to Tysinger due to their professionalism and lack of pushy salesmanship. Samantha and Tysinger truly listened to what I wanted in my car and found the exact one with minimal effort on my part. Highly recommended. More
Your employees seem not only friendly, but empathetic. I feel that I received just as much attention for buying my little Smart car as I would have received for purchasing one of its fanciest relatives (Mer feel that I received just as much attention for buying my little Smart car as I would have received for purchasing one of its fanciest relatives (Mercedes). Miles and Ed are friendly without being "slap on the back"/ too familiar. I enjoyed the kindly dignity without the stodginess. (sp?) I had run out of month to get my car inspected so left vm message for LaDonna while I was on vacation. The day after I returned, I took my car in. In about an hour I had my new sticker and a clean car at no message for LaDonna while I was on vacation. The day after I returned, I took my car in. In about an hour I had my new sticker and a clean car at no charge. Wow! what's not to love? I adore LaDonna; she is a friend. She never fails to make me feel welcome; greets me with a huge smile and a hug. My service experiences at Tysinger have always been exemplary.
