I was able to trade in my 2015 Nissan Sentra (with very low mileage, in excellent condition and my credit score was great, too), for a leased 2018 Hyundai Elantra. My monthly payments are slightly less and I can be payment free in three years. Mitch, Pam and Larry were understanding of my situation and made it happen for me; such amazing teamwork. No-Pressure Salesman I recently purchased a used S4 from Tysinger. I was greeted by Tim in the lot and after answering a few questions he recognized my interest and immed I recently purchased a used S4 from Tysinger. I knew this was the car for me but a fair price point was my main concern. Tim took my bottom line to the used car manager but JP wouldn't budge, so I walked away. Tim didn't give up, he called several times with different options to get to my price point and eventually we found a fair compromise. Tim went above and beyond my expectations of a car salesman and even after my purchase he keeps me informed on Audi sales and maintenance specials. When it's time for another vehicle, I'll be looking for Tim at Tysinger's. More

Actually, it was the new front GRILL design and that TV commercial highlighting it, I have never experience a dealership that has such a customer service orientation that they not only care enough to have a living, lily pad pond, but have also enhanced their already spectacular rock hill vehicle display with a waterfall!
