I have been a Tysinger customer since 2012. I tried to get an appointment for a state inspection on my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I was told it would be a month before they could get to it. This location needs some help. When you book your service appointment they’re super backlogged so it might be days after dropping off your car before they start servicing it. For me I waited 3 weeks from when I dropped off my car to when I picked it up. All without a loaner vehicle and I had to be the one to follow up with them about status updates on if the car was ready or not. Not to mention they drained my 12v battery and they had to replace it. On top of all of this the repair they performed didn’t fix the issue. So 3 weeks of waiting to fix this issue for nothing. I will not be returning here. More
Not pleased at all and really thought I was a valued customer. Waited all day for service guy to tell me tires not even there had to go to discount tire and spend money. Had a bunbch of smoke coming from my Smart Car. Towed it to Classic Hampton Auto Mall. Turns out there was less wrong with it than I thought. Earnest had great customer service skills. Since I purchased my car in 2016 Tysinger refused to fix my steering issues. I brought the car in several times and was treated horribly by service advisors and Managers. Everytime I brought my 2016 Smart c my steering issues. I brought the car in several times and was treated horribly by service advisors and Managers. Everytime I brought my 2016 Smart car in the advisor and Jay Busey always found other issues and the car has progressively gotten worse since 2016, to the point where I have almost died because I could not turn the steering wheel. I always told the service advisors this and they just blatenly ignored me. I have been so upset since purchasing this Smart to the point where my health is suffering. I owe so much and this could have been fixed back when I purchased this car. I feel I purchased a lemon. I have list all trust in car dealerships and just wish you could still ride Horses. More

This dealership quoted a price and did not honor the price. They went up $8,000 from the price that the sales manager quoted. I’ve worked with Mercedes’ for a long time and I’m very disappointed that price. They went up $8,000 from the price that the sales manager quoted. Contact hyundai dealership about a suv on their website about 1030am. Made a appointment for 4:30 pm. Test drive , car was available just sitting there. I drove 1 hour 40 minutes arrive at dealership at 4: about 1030am. Made a appointment for 4:30 pm. Test drive , car was available just sitting there.
