I had recently had two very bad experiences with dealerships in the Houston area. I found a vehicle at Classic Ford in Galveston that I was interested in so I called the dealership. He assured me that they were not going to treat me that way And that he would send my name and information to Don And get me taken care of. He did not lie. It was super easy. I came from an hour away. They had the vehicle pulled up to the front. They took my trade-in and gave me what they said that they would we filled out the paperwork. I went over to finance waited about 10 minutes for Terry. Went into Terry’s office signed a few documents wrote a check for the vehicle walked out everybody said thank you and I was done.
