Made appt. A month before dropping it off. They gave option to wait for service, left vehicle due to having other errands called them 3 days later and they still had not even touched vehicle and had no option to wait for service, left vehicle due to having other errands called them 3 days later and they still had not even touched vehicle and had no time frame to when they could.
