Until I bought the 2011 Ford Focus for my daughter, I had never purchased a Ford. Ms. Yolanda Taylor of Classic Ford was the epitome of a courteous, customer-friendly professional. She put me at ease about the price of the vehicle by showing me a no-hassle rate for a Soldier with USAA insurance. Not only did she give me a good price she demonstrated commanding knowledge about the vehicle. One of the managers took time to meet me while I was looking at the vehicles to reassure me that his team was committed to giving me a satisfactory buying experience. The finance manager found the best option for financing, and it was better than what I had through USAA. Even more than that, Ms. Taylor and Classic Ford offered to safeguard the vehicle at the dealership until Christmas. This saved me from worrying about where my wife and I could put it for safe-keeping. (They are even giving us a bright red bow to put on top.) This gives us peace of mind while we celebrate the Christmas season. I am grateful to Yolanda and Classic for being so accomodating. More

This has been the most pleasant, fulfilling purchase I have ever made. My car was totaled when a woman ran a red light and hit me 40 mph, knocking me 100 ft. I did not drive from the 8th until the 19th when I got a rental car which was a Ford Focus. I liked it so much I went on the internet to Classic Ford and inquired about leasing a car. Ms. Taylor responded immediately and from then to the time I drove away in my new car, every moment, phone calls, emails, visits have been such a joy. Ms. Taylor and Ms. McLamb took care of "everything" and just carried me along on the best path I've ever been on. Ms. Taylor went with me to return the rental car to Enterprise and I drove home in my beautiful Ford Focus. Everybody admires it and I tell them where to go buy one. A man in the grocery store parking lot asked me about it and I told him where to buy one. I love to talk and everywhere I go I talk to people and my No. 1 goal now is to spread Praise for Classic Ford, for it is well deserved. The only problem i had with this dealership is the catalit converter was gone off the vehicle. The vehicle must havn"t been serviced after trade in and before i purchase it. That inconveience my wife because she had to wait for the part to come in. I also was told the back up camera works, it didn"t. The dealer i took it to in Savannah GA, informed me the camera was installed after the orignal owner purchase the vehcile. I took it to a audio shop to fix it. The dealer was paid in full for my vehicle by my bank i shouldn"t had any problem with that vehicle, 35 miles away from the dealer going to Savannah GA the check engine light came on. More

My overall experience at Classic Ford was good. The sales person was very friendly and seemed concerned about the customers. The lengthy sales process was a downside for me. After the test drive and my decision to purchase the vehicle it took approximately 4 hours to close the deal. There was no problems financing the vehicle but Classic Ford did not get all the information they needed and I had to fax additional information. I am satisfied with my vehicle but it was really over priced. It was well over Blue Book Value according to Kelly's and about $9000 over true market value according to Edmonds. But it is the vehicle that I wanted and I am glad to own it. Classic Ford has a wide variety of New and Pre-Owned vehicles to choose from and their sales facility is very nice. All employees that I encountered were very friendly and I would be happy to do business with any of them. More
