We have never bought a vehicle through a dealership without the hassles and quite frankly an unpleasant experience, until now. My husband and I highly recommend Ms. Taylor and Classic Ford Lincoln of Smithfield. Not only did we enjoy working with them, they were very efficient in working out the financial details and we were on our way home in our 2011 Ford Fusion in no time. We absolutely love the Ford Fusion and my fears of making a bad decision have completely dissipated. Thank you very much Yolanda and Classic Ford. This was the most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had. Normally when you go to buy a car they just try to rush you in and out without really "dealing" with you. Alll I can say is wow! Classic Ford could not be any more personable! I have purchased a Toyota Corrola from Leith Toyota in Raleigh. That was a nightmare! I have also purchased two Pontiac Torrents, and finally a 2009 GMC Sierra at Hendrick Cheverolet. My sales man was nice there but I strongly agree that they are just addiding up sales and not taking care of their customers! I am not sure why I stuck with them knowing how sneaky they are. Classic Ford is hands down the best! Even better than Deacon Jones now that Mr. Jones has passed. They are money hungry their and they don't really care if you get what you want or not. Classic Ford helped, was friendly throughout my whole visit! I felt like home and I hope that in the future if I am in need of another truck the service will be just as personable as April, Tracy, and Stan they were great! I just want to thank them for doing such a great job! I hope that if you are reading this and you are not sure which way to go, and you are looking for a Ford please go there. We had an excellent buying experience in getting our used 2010 Prius there... Jackie was very helpful and we thought Jeff was fair and good to deal with on the negotiation... I stopped by Classic Ford in Smithfield to kind of get a idea of what type of smaller suv Ford had out on the market. As I drove in to the parking lot Mitchell came over right away and introduced himself a idea of what type of smaller suv Ford had out on the market. As I drove in to the parking lot Mitchell came over right away and introduced himself and asked me if he could be of some assistance to me in looking at some vehicles. From then on things progressed rather quickly. Mitchell was always nice and polite but was never pushy or overbearing. I could tell he was really trying to work with me on my trade-in and what I wanted my payments to be. I liked his demeanor so much that by the time I left a short time later I had decided that if I bought a car it would be from him. Well I came back the following day they were open for business and bought a brand new 2011 Edge and the funny thing about it was that when I first pulled up on the lot I really didn't have any intention of buying a car...new or used. But I do love my Edge and I will recommend Mitch and Classic Ford to everyone I know. More

Was not pleased with my trade in and when I returned to re-negotiate the trade I had made to obtain my previous vehicle, I was denied that opportunity. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I feel is not depen re-negotiate the trade I had made to obtain my previous vehicle, I was denied that opportunity. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I feel is not dependable because the same day that I purchased it the check engine light came on and as a coach who travels a lot and a new father I do not feel safe transporting my child or anyone else's child in it as well as probably having to make repairs constantly. If it were 12 or more months down the road it would be understandable, but the same day, that is ridiculous and then for the, sales manager as well as the general manager both to not allow me to obtain my previous vehicle and be on my way is ridiculous. This will be the 8th ford vehicle I have owned and it will be the last. I also asked for the owner's number so that I could discuss this experience with him/her, I was not given the number. More
I have given this rating because when I received my car it was being used as a program car by one of the employees of the dealership and the car was not cleaned and washed before leaving the lot, although it was being used as a program car by one of the employees of the dealership and the car was not cleaned and washed before leaving the lot, although I was told they were going to clean it up for me. In addition there were no mats in the car to protect its interior. I also had to return my car a few days later for service because the maintenance required light was on, the car was shaking when coming to a stop, and there was a bumping noise due to a broken mud flap, so I returned it got it serviced and they forgot to turn off the maintenance required light and instead of repairing the mud flap the service guy just came outside and ripped it off and stated I don’t need it. I live over 50 miles away so it was inconvenient for me to take the car back to have the light turned off.I also feel like the sales person wasn't very knowledgable about the car he was trying to sell. Even though the dealership made it easy for me to get a car, after buying the car I just feel like this dealership doesn't stand behind their cars or their work. More
I found the Dodge Dakota at Classic Ford Lincoln through the USAA AutoCircle. Shortly after I indicated through the website that I was interested in the vehicle, Yolanda contacted me and provided excellent the USAA AutoCircle. Shortly after I indicated through the website that I was interested in the vehicle, Yolanda contacted me and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. My family and I drove 170 miles to the dealership because of the great initial impression that I had when Yolanda contacted me. Tracy also continued the excellent service when we met with her. She was a pleasure to work with. My family and I had a great experience and are truly satisfied with our new truck. More
