I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion at Classic Ford in Smithfield, NC. I must say I was dreading the whole experience of having to buy a new car. But I could not have been more wrong. It was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesman, Jamil Stanton, greeted us on the lot in a friendly and professional manner. After talking for a few minutes he began by explaining some of the features of the car that we were interested in and then took us out for a test drive. He did not put any pressue on us and when we returned from the test drive, he took us inside the showroom and began gathering our information to being the purchasing process. I had already done my research on TrueCar.com and knew how much the dealer paid for the car and had printed out my certificate to take to the dealership. But Mr. Stanton was already one step ahead of me and he could see in his computer that I had looked up the dealer invoice price for the car and he did not hesitate to sale the car to me for that price and also give me the rebates on the car that were being offered at that time. There was no haggling over the price, I could not believe this. Never have I had a dealer offer me the lowest price on a car the first time around. After that process was completed we talked with the finance manager, Britton Hampton, and he was just as friendly and professional. The finance process was just as easy and stress free. He got us a great rate and a payment we could afford. Mr. Stanton also took us to the sevice department and introduced us to their staff. After cleaning the car for us and signing the paperwork we were on our way home. Thank you Classic Ford for making our car buying buying experience the most pleasant, enjoyable and stress free car buying experiences I have ever had. My first experience with Classic started with the service department, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! On a scale of '1-10'.... the people in the service department would rate a '20' to me. Nothing but professional, courteous & helpful; and it doesn't stop there. My fiancee bought a new 2010 Ford F150 last year, and as of yesterday (Dec. 26, 2011), I am now the proud owner of a new 2012 Ford Escape with the assistance of salesperson Tim Davis who was also professional, courteous & helpful. On a scale of '1-10'... and I would also rate Tim Davis a '20'. If you are in need of a vehicle, new or used...or if you have issues with your vehicle that need attention, I would definitely recommend Classic. The only dealership to contact me personally by phone and to follow up as though it truly wanted my business was Classic Ford of Smithfield. Yolanda Taylor, the dealership's Internet Manager, did that. She was friendly and worked hard to win my trust and show that she wanted my business. Her personal contact in such a positive way is the reason my wife and I decided to buy a Ford Fusion at Classic Ford, which involved a 2-hour and 15-minute drive from our home. I needed to buy a car but put it off, renting a car for four months, before finally closing the deal. I know virtually nothing about car buying and hesitate because I felt like I would be ripped off. Instead, I feel as though I was treated fairly. Yolanda Taylor made me comfortable asking questions and finally deciding to make a purchase. Our dealings with everyone at Classic Ford, including the general manager and Britton Hampton in financing, were first class. We could not be happier! More

She was willing to do just about anything to get the sale, whereas the other dealership was treating me as "just another sale". She made me feel that I was the only customer that was important to them. She listened to my requirements and helped me get what I needed in a very short time...without any hassles! I purchased the vehicle- sight unseen. And, they will deliver it to me in Raleigh. Talk about winning a customer! I look forward to doing more business with them in the future! More
