I put Good on price opposed to Great because I am a consumer. In my mind there is no such thing as a Great price on a new vehicle since dealerships are in the job to make money. I will say that Classic gave me a deal I was pleased with. Classic Ford and especially Yolanda is a class act. I visited 6 dealerships (3 GM and 3 Ford). The other two Ford dealers were not even close in the professionalism and low sales pressure exibited by Ms. Robinson. The other two dealerships were also inside of 30 miles away opposed to the 60 miles (1 way) Classsic Ford is from where we live. Prices for the other two dealers were close but the service and professionalism was not. Don't know if or when we will buy again, don't even know if it will be a Ford. If it is a Ford, we will buy from Yolanda and if she is not there, Classic will still be first on our list. Great job. More
Yolanda is an exceptional person and an extremely customer service oriented person. She put forth lots of friendly extra-ordinary effort to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price that I wanted. She took me on a test drive and, of course asked me to drive the Focus I was looking at. I wanted to wait and respond to this survey after I had made my trip to Atlanta, Ga. Upon having the vehicle checked out today (3-12) before I was to go on my trip I was told that engine air filter is ve made my trip to Atlanta, Ga. Upon having the vehicle checked out today (3-12) before I was to go on my trip I was told that engine air filter is very dirty, shocks leaking oil and needs to be replace and front engine crank seal is leaking oil badly. I know that I bought the vehicle as is. I just wasn't expecting this kind of costly repairs this soon after purchasing it. Overall my experience with Jamil was good and I would recommend this dealership as my Aunt did who recommended you to me. But I am a little disappointed now that I have found out these additional problems. I can't imagine that this just happen after I purchased the vehicle which I only had less than a month. More
The most pleasurable car buying experience ever for my wife and I! Jacqueline gave us the best price of five dealerships I talked with, so we got the 2012 Explorer we looked so hard for. Jacqueline also gave us exactly what we wanted on our trade in. Britton in their Finance Department beat my banks finance rate, which was super low to begin with. Jacqueline also took time to show my wife how to use the Sync system and go over all the knobs and switches inside, which ther are many on this wonderful SUV. Very patient and kind during the entire process. Top notch Ford dealer!! A must go to dealer if you want respect, a great deal, and fast service. Thanks again to Classic Ford of Smithfield!!! We used TrueCar.com to price our vehicle and all 3 of the dealers who contacted us were very prompt in getting back to us. But Yolanda called shortly after we had input the information into the system and was even more prompt locating an Escape with the features we wanted. The entire staff were pleasant and well informed when we took delivery. This buying experience was painless, professional and very rewarding. We can recommend Classic Ford without reservation. More

Yolanda was outstanding in every respect. She answered all my questions and even went so far as to set up my phone with the cars SYNC feature then sat in the car with me and demonstrated how all the high all my questions and even went so far as to set up my phone with the cars SYNC feature then sat in the car with me and demonstrated how all the high tech features operated even though it was an hour past closing I never felt rushed. I had the USAA finance pricing and this dealership had the vehicle I wanted. The vihicle didn't have keyless entry and Yolanda had it put in for the dealer cost of $295, Also Yolanda did most of the work the vehicle I wanted.
