We were contacted promptly by Yolanda Robinson at Classic Ford after expressing interest in a Ford Explorer through our bank car-buying service. She accomodated our schedule for meeting with her to discuss inventory and conduct a test drive on Classic Ford vehicles. Her knowledge on vehicle performance, features, specifications was well above your average sales representative. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, was always ready to answer our questions or offer alternatives, and gave us plenty of time to think about our options. Once we made our decision, she continued to make sure that we were completely comfortable with our purchase and vehicle features. Our sales consultant, Jamil Stanton, made sure that the required paperwork was correct and ready for our review and signatures in a timely manner. He was very courteous and made sure that we understood the purpose of all paperwork prior to requesting any signatures. He did not make us feel pressured when explaining additional maintenance and care options available for purchase but made sure we understood the advantages of each. This is the first Ford we have ever owned and we are very happy with our Explorer XLT. We truly believe that Classic Ford customer service sets the standard for car dealerships. They provided us with one of our best car-buying experiences in 25 years. We would definitely recommend them. More
