I really wasn't interested in buying a Ford at first because i usually purchase Honda's or Toyato but from talking with your staffer about how good a car Ford makes and the pricing and the mileage for the buck. I really couldn't turn my back on a Ford plus I live about 1/2 a mile from my locate Ford Dealership but I decided to drive 30 mins to buy my Ford from Classic Ford because of the interest they showed toward me and my wife. There was no pressure or hassle in purchasing the car from the salesmen or a time table setup that I HAD TO BUY CAR, that really was a difference from the other Ford Lots I went to and I drove around pricing cars for my wife and deciding to buy a locate car or an imported car. Thank your staffer for their quality of work and continue to do what they do everyday to every customer because you never know who will purchase a car and be repeat buyers---hint I got aa son in college an he is going to need a good car to drive back and forth to school in another year!!!!!!!!! I used the USAA auto buying service and Classic Ford of Smithfield was one of the first to get in touch and with one of the best prices. Dee emailed me a few models that matched the spec I was interested Smithfield was one of the first to get in touch and with one of the best prices. Dee emailed me a few models that matched the spec I was interested in and then we agreed a time to come out to the dealership. On the day Patrick explained the features of the car (it helped that he had one himself) and we test drove my top two choices. He was very friendly and easy to talk to throughout. When we got the financing, he was able to beat the interest rate offered by USAA and he even went and got me a full tank of gas while I finished up the paperwork. It was a very easy and straightforward process, I really appreciated not being messed around like at other places. More

I HAD A VERY POSITIVE VISIT AT CLASSIC FORD. I WAS ORIGINALLY TAKEN ON A TEST DRIVE WITH DAVID WHO I THOUGHT WAS AN OUTSTANDING SALESPERSON. I WENT HOME THAT NIGHT TO FIGURE OUT THE LOGISTICS OF THE ORIGINALLY TAKEN ON A TEST DRIVE WITH DAVID WHO I THOUGHT WAS AN OUTSTANDING SALESPERSON. I WENT HOME THAT NIGHT TO FIGURE OUT THE LOGISTICS OF THE PURCHASE. ON RETURNING THE NEXT DAY I DISCOVERED DAVID WAS OFF AND JAQUELINE WAS VERY EAGER TO HELP ME ASSURING THAT DAVID WOULD RECIEVE SOME CREDIT FOR THE SALE. Since my factory order "today was not delivered yesterday", I Informed him that if I wanted a classic mustang I would go to Jackson and Barrett. He took the ribbing and jokes and laughed right along with me. You could not find a better representative for Ford Motor Company and The Classic Ford Smithfield Team. He was knowledgable, courtesy and honest from day one. Of course, working with find co-workers, (Jeff for one) helps you to Soar with the Eagles. Keep up the good work. I had gone to the Ford website and clicked on "Build Your Own" and then when I put in my zipcode Classic Ford was listed as the nearest dealer to my home. I called the number on the listing, after building the car I wanted, and was put in with Yolanda. The problem was that I wanted a 2013 Escape AWD. I had already been told that I would have to order one in the specificiations that I listed as there were none to be found in this area. Yolanda worked with me but did not come up with anything either. She was always prompt about returning calls and finally I decided to look at a 2012 Edge. This was back a year but the difference in price would make it doable for me. Yolanda and I played telephone tag for a short time but soon connected. She had one 2012 Edge on the lot and we arranged for to come and see/drive what she had. When I walked in the door of the dealership the lady at the front desk paged her and then someone went and got her out of a meeting to keep me from waiting too long. I liked that besides their friendly attitude they were concerned about the customer and the customer's time. Yolanda came up to me and said with a big smile, "I don't know if I should hug you or shake your hand." We both laughed and I shook her hand. She then turned me over to Lewis Allen who stayed with me throughout the process. I test drove the Edge they had but it was over equipped and too pricy. Lewis then started making calls to Classic's other dealerships and found a 2012 Edge in Silver that had what I was looking for. Lewis, I and Bryan(?)worked with numbers and came up with an agreeable figure for my trade-in and the monthly payments. Then we hit a snag while waiting to see if the Edge was still available at the other dealership. Yolanda came out of her office and we talked, joked, and cut up. It was like sitting on my front porch watching the foot traffic go by while talking with a good friend. I would kid with Yolanda and tell her I didn't like her because she "made" me buy the car. She would then yell out to Lewis that I didn't like her. It was so much fun. Lewis came to me and said, "I have good news and good news." (I thought he was going to tell me that the Edge was not available after all.) He said that they did have the Edge but that they also had a 2013 Edge AWD in Gingerale being delivered to that delearship as we spoke and that I could have it for the same price we had worked out. I was elated. I turned to Yolanda and said, "Okay, I like you again." She just laughed. She told Lewis that I needed to get to work soon. Lewis went into Jamil and told him that I needed to finish up soon. I waited for a little longer and then it was my turn with paperwork. We got to the amount listed on the trade-in and it was off by $500. I mentioned that that was not the correct price. He called out and there was no argument as he called out to the desk and they said it as a mistake and I was right. My word did make a difference. Jamil took me through the maintenance packages and soon we were finished. I went out and everyone I dealt with came up and thanked me for shopping at Classic Ford and congratulated me on my purchase. This time before I left I gave Yolanda a big hug. I drove my truck back home and picked up my care the next Thursday. I definitely will take my new Edge back to Classic Ford for service and recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for good service, customer care, and friendly people while shopping for a new vehicle. More

Seller let me look and was not pushy which I have dealt with at other dealerships. That was a big winner for me. Other than that checked KBB and price was comparable to what was listed there.
