Jackie's personality and knowledge of how to establish trust with her customers is definitely noteworthy. It was really hard to accept the unusually delay between appraisal and their first offer. I thought the amount of time spend there before the first offer was really excess. I came close to not recommending the dealership, but the price offer was acceptable and influence my decision. More
My first contact with Classic Ford was with Yolonda - she was very professional and very nice. We went in to actually refinance our current vehicle. However we quickly learned that our car we purchased back was very professional and very nice. We went in to actually refinance our current vehicle. However we quickly learned that our car we purchased back in2011 - was not a smart decision and we were upside down in our current loan. That was very disheartening - no one likes to feel like they have been had - we decided to cut loses right then and buy a new car and get out from under the mess we were in. I call them "our team" went to work to find something we liked and could be comfortable affording. The store was busy that day but everyone took all the time with us we needed and went above and beyond to make this work out for us. I enjoyed the buying experience and I have found my new car place :). More

Check. Paperwork very carefully before you leave,I did not and it cost me.. No quicklube do not like having to make appt. for every service..salesman was very nice & friendly,helpful, but management not not and it cost me.. I gave this rating due to the bad, week-long experience that I had at Crown Ford in my home town of Fayetteville. I kept getting pushed towards a four-door version of the truck with all of the bells and wh that I had at Crown Ford in my home town of Fayetteville. I kept getting pushed towards a four-door version of the truck with all of the bells and whistles, and a MUCH higher payment. When I called Yolanda at Classic Ford she not only quickly located several vehicles that fit my needs but also took my application and everything right then and there over the phone. She had the truck delivered to her dealership within a day and worked with me on my trade-in, an old 1995 Ranger. I was introduced to Salethea upon arrival at the dealership and she made the remaining process quick and painless. We took the vehicle for a test-drive and then she filled it up while I was signing the paperwork with one of the two finance people that worked with me. Even the GM chatted with me a few times. The people were friendly and professional, and they got me into the vehicle that I was looking for and around the payment I needed. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family, including my boss who is now also wanting to purchase an F150! More

Overall I had a great experience, I got a great deal on a new car. The sales team was great. I had to come with my 2 year old son and they made things as quick as possible and were very friendly. There was a slight mix up on the car I intended to come test drive but they were able to get me into the same car (with less gadgets, which is fine) right at the price point I needed to be at.
