I was on my way to Florida from New Jersey. I had a problem with my car they were booked but squeezed me in fixed my car the next day . Everyone was so friendly from the Service advisor to the young man who drove us to our hotel and to Jackie who let us know of hotels that were near by. Our sales person was Abriana Tellez Pinedao and was very knowledgeable about every thing we ask of her. She worked hard to make sure with we were happy with the purchase and went well beyond what she had to knowledgeable about every thing we ask of her. Went there on a Saturday and they had 5 sales and only one finance guy. We were paying cash so we had to wait over 3 hours. I was also told by the salesman that he would take care of making sure my insu one finance guy. We were paying cash so we had to wait over 3 hours. Set an appointment a month in advance for a recall issue. Took car in and after waiting an hour I was informed they don't have the part in stock. Now they knew I had an appointment and what for.
