Lewis and Yolanda made every efforts what I needed about a new car. I felt comfortable with them and other team who work at Classic Ford. No pressures! I did a little research online for a 2014 F-150 (XLT, Ecoboost with Chrome Package). Classic Ford looked to have a great bargain going for one with dealer incentives; therefore, I stopped in to have a lo Ecoboost with Chrome Package). Classic Ford looked to have a great bargain going for one with dealer incentives; therefore, I stopped in to have a look. I was greeted graciously by Ms. Jackie. She was sincerely friendly and helpful...no pressure and no push. I drove the truck and explained to Jackie what I wanted for my 2012 model. Bartering was minimal and within 20 minutes we came to an extremely fair deal. The "Classic Team" was looking to sell the truck and to make me a new customer. I was then congratulated by Mr. Jamil and kindly given a cigarette by Mr. Lewis. Can you imagine leaving your cigarettes at home when buying a vehicle? Please believe me when I say that every person there was completely genuine and accommodating. They all wanted you to know that they appreciated your business. It was customer service at its best! Following the conclusion of the deal, the finance matters were completed by Ms. Nicole... again, a very kind young lady, wonderfully efficient and knowledgeable. I must admit that things happened quickly; there was no lingering. At the end, Jackie gave me a hand peeling some decals off my traded vehicle and cleaning out my other belongings. She was terrific! Before I left I was greeted and thanked by another gentleman; however, I cannot recall his name. I believe he was one of the sales managers. Once again, very, very professional and pleasant. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by a friendly member of the Sales team I think. I told the agent I had an appointment and was promptly directed to James. James was knowledgeable about the car and also provided dealer specific info during the test drive. The car I was interested in was only available at a dealer in South Carolina, even so James and his Sales Manager were able to provide a significantly lower price than I was given by another dealer. They also discovered that I was eligible for an X Plan via my employer, of which I was not aware! We kept on point focusing on price, including every single item on which it was based. We did not descend into the "what payment are you looking for" rabbit hole. I also did not have a trade.Throughout the process James was pleasant and professional. He also seemed genuinely concerned to answer any and all questions. None of that pushiness that I have seen before. The Business Dept. was also very competent and pleasant to work with, they were able to arrange financing that was a full point less than the special rate Ford was offering as a current Mustang GT Premium incentive! Since the car was being brought in, James provided a window when the car would arrive and be available for me to pickup. Even with the inclement weather on 03.03.14 his estimate was spot on. Delivery took all of 2 minutes. The service department inspected the car, filled the tank etc... and it was immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend Classic Ford to others looking for a truly pain and regret free sales experience. More
On March 4, 2014, my husband and I arrived at your car dealership with the intent of searching for a new vehicle. We were immediately met by Ms. Jacqueline Dickens whom I must commend for doing an outsta dealership with the intent of searching for a new vehicle. We were immediately met by Ms. Jacqueline Dickens whom I must commend for doing an outstanding job. She used my input on what I was looking for and actually went out and searched the lot herself. Upon our arrival, she had a vehicle already up front with everything I was looking for plus a little extra. This set the tone for my entire car buying experience. Not only was Jacqueline polite and very pleasant to work with, she was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicles. She took the time I needed to explain things to me and to make sure I was doing what was best for me. I left there completely satisfied with my purchase. On 2013 I brought a 2007 F350, they gave me a great deal on that truck, the sale department is so working they make sure that you get what you and try hard to make sure that you are taking care of. So 2014 about year later I went back there looking for me another truck, we could not get the together on one at that time until a week later. I drove many trucks the sale road with me and he asked what do do i want in the a truck so i began to tell what i wanted. The last truck that I drove was a 20011 F150 larat ecoboost and it just what i wanted i had everything on that i wanted. 30 day later I had an problem with my gas lip and other thing they took care of and great me something drive while in was service, I am very very please with the sale department. Classic Ford Lincoln was the best car dealership I have been to. They treat you with respect and do not push you into any car. They listen and answer any and every question you have, The customer service i been to. They treat you with respect and do not push you into any car. My experience with Classic Ford of Smithfield was good. Customer service was good and my monthly payments are somewhat around the price I was looking for. My only complaint is that I recently found out that I would have to pay property taxes on the car in order to get my sticker for my tags. Now it may not be required by law for the dealership to inform the customer (me) that the law has changed, but it would be good customer service to inform your future buyers that in a few weeks they will have to pay property taxes on their new purchase in order to get their sticker. That way they can be prepared to pay $265. To me it just seems like a little deception was involve and because of that I am highly dissatisfied. All I'm saying is that I could have been informed by someone at the dealership about the property taxes and tags. More
