Merry Christmas to us. Several years ago we went to Classic Ford in Smithfield with the intent to by a vehicle. We ended up leaving and buying a vehicle somewhere else. They work hard to make it right! My 2015 Escape had to be brought in from another dealer because Classic Ford in Smithfield did not have another S-series on their lot. Wouldn't you kn My 2015 Escape had to be brought in from another dealer because Classic Ford in Smithfield did not have another S-series on their lot. Wouldn't you know, before Classic could go and pick up my car, the other dealer sold it to someone else! The folks at Classic worked diligently to find another Escape like the one I originally chose. It took an extra day, but it was worth the wait. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied too. This is my 2nd purchase from Classic Ford. I will definitely return when I decide to trade again. More
