Went there on a Saturday and they had 5 sales and only one finance guy. We were paying cash so we had to wait over 3 hours. I was also told by the salesman that he would take care of making sure my insu one finance guy. We were paying cash so we had to wait over 3 hours. Set an appointment a month in advance for a recall issue. Took car in and after waiting an hour I was informed they don't have the part in stock. Now they knew I had an appointment and what for. We were told they tried to get in touch be we never received any thing until a few minutes be 10am roughly 8 minutes before we got there was told in front of everyone in open out door we were denied and could not help us .We received no explain,was told thanks for coming by and lady sales person walked off. I have been denied thing that's not the problem, this was poor very poor professionalism and led under enormous of false pretense that we had the car,her exact words were the day before that hard part was over just had to get the car the there (at anotherstore) and process . I had never been done so poorly and was so embarrassed how we told in fo of everyone about my denial and this breaks laws under the privacy acts. I work for a large financial institution and I know the laws and all were broken. I will be in contact with your corporate and a legal attorney.
