Jake greated me pretty quickly and was able to answer all of my questions about the car that I was looking at as well as some of the competitor vehicles at which I was looking. He asked what I wanted/needed in my car prior to showing me the vehicles which had my minimum requirements as wells as some models with more bells and whistles. Jake offered a test drive. We worked some numbers and although they were in the right place I still needed to do my due diligence with the other cars. Well I ended up back at Classic because of Jake's knowledge as well as lack of knowledge at some other local dealerships which I visited. More

Buyer Beware I traded in my 2012 Ford Escape to Classic Ford in Smithfield, NC for a 2016 on March 15 , two and a half weeks later Wells Fargo charged me a monthl I traded in my 2012 Ford Escape to Classic Ford in Smithfield, NC for a 2016 on March 15 , two and a half weeks later Wells Fargo charged me a monthly car payment on the vehicle I traded in , they never paid it off. I was was eventually reimbursed by Wells Fargo. I will never shop from this incompetent, unethical unorganized company again. Then I asked them to just transfer my personalized licence plates to the new vehicle, a week later they mailed me new plates, when i called to complain they said that I would have to take the issue up with DMV and there was nothing that they could do about it, after taking a half day off work DMV said that I had to use the new plates that they issued and that I had to surrender my personalized plates. To top it off I got a flat tire two weeks later, they told me that tires were warranted for a year but they charged me $ 205.00 to replace the tire on a new car. I called Mr. Jamil Stanton at least six times and he NEVER returned my calls, I finally reached him by persistent calling. Believe me they tell You anything to make a sale that even if you have a stain on the carpet they will fix it for free. I do love my new car and I am a lifetime Ford owner but I will never purchase a car from them again and I am telling anyone who will listen the same. More

Great Experience Just purchased a new Expedition from Classic Ford and the overall experience was outstanding. The saleman ( Nigel Blow), the sales manager (Jamil), a Just purchased a new Expedition from Classic Ford and the overall experience was outstanding. The saleman ( Nigel Blow), the sales manager (Jamil), and the finance person ( Jenefer) were all outstanding to deal with. It was not the same high pressure that some other dealers had shown. They were polite, caring, and allowed enough room for the wife and I to make our decision. They should be commended for their professionalism by Ford. More

Classic Ford is Amazing This is the third car I have purchased from Classic Ford of Smithfield and they have taken care of me each time. I purchased a car from another dealership last year and it was a horrible mistake. Jamil Stanton made sure to make up for the crappy experience and service from the other dealership. Nigel Blow was an awesome salesman. I'm not the easiest customer to work with because I want to make sure everything is right. He was patient and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Jennifer Hedgepath, in finance, was quick and knew her stuff. She made signing the mountain of paperwork painless. The majority of the Classic Ford team knows me by name and that says a lot about who the are. If you are in the market for a new/used car, I highly recommend seeing Jamil, Nigel, and the Classic Ford team. More

Professionalism at its best with a hometown atmosphere I am very satisfied with the experience that was had at Classic Ford. I have bought many Fords from another dealership in Raleigh NC and I am sorry to I am very satisfied with the experience that was had at Classic Ford.
