Awesome!!! I had reached out to at least 6 other dealership with my intend to work out as much of a deal via email as I could. My experience overall was not goo I had reached out to at least 6 other dealership with my intend to work out as much of a deal via email as I could. My experience overall was not good. It went from everything from no respond to my emails, to stopping responding, to saying you have to come into the dealership. With Smithfield Ford not only to they work out 99.9% of the deal via email they found me a car. Talk about above and beyond, we live about 1 hour from the dealership and after we purchased the car we were having some issue going to pick it up so Jackie/Saleswoman drive it to our house!!! Who would even ask a dealership to do this. More

Very satisfied with my experience I was met by a sales associate (Nigel Blow) very soon after I arrived. He listened to me explain what I was looking for, and showed me the car that me I was met by a sales associate (Nigel Blow) very soon after I arrived. He listened to me explain what I was looking for, and showed me the car that met my needs, and which I purchased. Although I also looked at a less expensive model, I knew this particular car most met my expectations. He was patient and polite as we went through the process of dealing with the paperwork. He missed lunch (sorry about that Nigel), but never complained. And then he explained a lot of the car's features I was not familiar with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a FORD. More
