I always find the paperwork portion tedious, and this was no exception, but it goes with the territory of getting a vehicle. All in all, very satisfied and will definitely recommend others, and will be back ourselves. By the way, huge shout-out to the service department. It was because of our absolute exceptional experience there with my Fusion that we even considered crossing over to the sales side of the dealership. I am sad to say I can't remember who I talk to (he is from south Florida), but he is a major cut above the average service professional. A++ More

Poor service and knowledge of the vehciles they sell The sales person insured us that the Truck we purchased had the ability to SYNC with or phones for navigation and that we needed to set up the account The sales person insured us that the Truck we purchased had the ability to SYNC with or phones for navigation and that we needed to set up the account online. Either he lied or just did not know what he was doing. The finance department lost our paper work causing us to return to the dealer which was a 70 mile trip. They also never paid the trade in off until we called and complained that they bank holding the original loan was looking for the monthly payment. We talked to the General manager and he promised that it would be taken care of by the end of the day HE LIED, we had to call back a few days later and informed them that the payment was never made. we had to pay the payment and have the dealer deliver a check to us for the cost. The dealer never sent us the new registration or decals for the plate. We called and were told that it was lost. At no time did anyone form Smithfield Ford ever call us to apologize or just say sorry. If not for the trade amount that was offered for our old truck we would have left. Worst experience with a dealer to date. More
