Sold and car that is now unsalable after 6mths Bought a 2014 Expedition in Feb. They didn't disclose that car had it's air bags deployed. Only found out now when auto insurance company called to ask about it. Called other dealerships to ask about trading it in since I didn't feel safe driving it and no one will take it. So I have a car that's worthless! Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Seeking legal counsel to deal with this. More

Our sales representative was helpful and knowledgeable, even though it was We arrived at the dealership at 2pm on a Saturday and were quickly greeted. Our sales representative was helpful and knowledgeable, even though it was her first day there. She did everything she could to move the sale along, the dealership was really busy that day however, and it took about 5 hours just to get to the final step. The kids were getting squirmy. This wasn't her fault, and she sat and talked with us like we were the only customers there. Overall, everyone was friendly and did their best to help. More

Won't honor deal made ! We purchased a new car from them contingent on them selling me a part to fix my other Ford at cost. After purchase of the car, called and made appoi We purchased a new car from them contingent on them selling me a part to fix my other Ford at cost. After purchase of the car, called and made appointment to get the " at cost " part installed on our other Ford. They kept it two days and told me that I needed the part that I made a deal to get but not at their cost and I quote " we are not giving it away " There part price was the highest price that I received from several other dealers. Selling me the part at their cost, cost them nothing and would have saved me several hundred dollars making the option of buying a new car viable. After several attempts to get them to honor our deal I just gave up. They will not keep their word and tell you anything to make a sale. Service department will rip you off ! More

Will be a repeat customer, for sure I am very happy with my experience at Classic Ford. We worked with Jake, who was able to answer all of our questions, and helped make the test drive I am very happy with my experience at Classic Ford. We worked with Jake, who was able to answer all of our questions, and helped make the test drive portion helpful (we were able to drive the vehicle to Clayton for me to show my wife-this definitely helped me decide on the vehicle). I always find the paperwork portion tedious, and this was no exception, but it goes with the territory of getting a vehicle. All in all, very satisfied and will definitely recommend others, and will be back ourselves. By the way, huge shout-out to the service department. It was because of our absolute exceptional experience there with my Fusion that we even considered crossing over to the sales side of the dealership. I am sad to say I can't remember who I talk to (he is from south Florida), but he is a major cut above the average service professional. A++ More
