horrible Bought a used car from this dealership last year (November 2018). Engine light came on the next day. Took the car back to the dealership and they cl Bought a used car from this dealership last year (November 2018). Engine light came on the next day. Took the car back to the dealership and they claimed they knew what was wrong. Claimed they fixed the problem (which took 2 weeks). Picked up my used car. I had 30 days tag on the car. On the last day that the 30 days tag were to expire, I went back to the dealership to let them know I never received my registration. Come to find out, someone lost my title paperwork and they had to request a new title from out of state, smh. The only option for me was to leave my car on their lot, they lend me a car until they receive the title paper. One month goes by....they finally received my registration. I picked up my car.....engine light came back on, again. Returned to dealership. Claimed they knew what the problem was but had to out source the repair. One month and a half goes by before I picked up my car. Two weeks later, the car would not crank. I went back to the dealership. Spoke to the manager. I told him I no longer want the used car and wanted to trade it out! Traded the car out for another used car (happy with this used car). Signed the paperwork for the other used car...paperwork was wrong, smh. Had to return to the dealership to resign paperwork. Waited a whole month for my registration on the new used car. Had to go back to the dealership (March 2019) to find out what was going on with my registration. They claimed it was sitting on someone's desk. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP, EITHER!! More
