Horrible Service Took my car to get service and the service department broke or lost my center wheel cap , is almost 3 weeks and they don't have an answer about the re Took my car to get service and the service department broke or lost my center wheel cap , is almost 3 weeks and they don't have an answer about the replacement part , according to them the piece was order but no tracking number, is 2019 it doesn't take 3 week for a piece to arrive , I ask for the manager and they denied me to talk to him; the first person told me that he is busy all the time and that he was on another city , now the person say that he part is not available and it will take 3 more weeks . This company all it does is lie about what they do , had a similar issue with them a year ago and decided to give them another chance but it was the worse decision. More
