My 201 I want to thank Sam Masoner & Rick Tom for their OUTSTANDING customer service. On 8/3/19 we traveled to Smithfield for a basketball tournament. My 2010 Explorer overheated and had to be towed to your dealer. it arrived at 4:15pm and the service dept. normally closes at 5:00pm. Both Sam and Rick agreed to stay late to repair my vehicle. They ended up staying until 7:30pm so that myself and my grandchildren could travel the three hours back home. We arrived safe and sound.
