I had determined I would keep the car 20 years and that goal had been achieved with very satisfactory results. Therefore, my first choice (having studied Consumer Reports and discounted their rating for "customer satisfaction, was to check out the Ford Explorer XLT in white that resided at Classic Ford in the nearby town of Smithfield, NC. I was met by Jackie Dickens, who was exceedingly kind and knowledgeable. She tuned me into all the new innovations that my dear car had not even dreamed about. We were able to work out a deal and I soon owned a new Explorer, which I hope behaves as well as the old one did. Here's to a happy 250.000 miles. In twenty years I'll be 97 so I believe this is my last new car. We'll see...…. :>) More

I was browsing the internet and came across classic ford's website. i came across their sales and inventory page and saw their large inventory and decided to call to see if they had the f-150 i was interested in. i called and talked to a very pleasant internet representative named tabatha.she was very nice and i set an appointment to visit the dealership.when my wife and i arrived we were met with a smiling salesman who went to get tabatha. once again she was very pleasent and introduced us to our sales person. his name was tyler.i explained what i was looking and because of his listening skills he said he had the perfect truck for me. he went and drove it to us and he was right on. we drove the vehicle and decided it would serve our purprose. i had a trade and once they appraised it i was presented with their proposed deal. it did not meet my expectation so i explained to tyler my offer.he came back and said they would take my offer. every employee i came in contact with was smiling and i did not hear one complaint about working on saturday or the fact that it was oppressively hot.i made this long because i retired from car sales and very seldom saw a dealership that seemed to operate with every person i met seemed to be customer focused as well as classic kudos to the management team for their contribution. thank you tabatha and tyjer for your great customer service skills. steve perry More

I had my mind set on a Ford Ranger XLT SuperCrew, but I ended up settling on the Ford Ranger XLT Lariat SuperCrew instead. Even though it seemed a bit out of my price range Classic Ford made it happen. I was in and out fairly quick, and it all just seemed like a seamless experience.
