Friday afternoon Advised me to have my car towed by the Ford service. Tow truck arrived about 15 mins after being contacted.. Heard on Saturday that they had received my car. It would be looked at on Mo Ford service. Tow truck arrived about 15 mins after being contacted.. Heard on Saturday that they had received my car. It would be looked at on Monday am. Received notice that the car was being taken care of. Classic Ford brought my car back to me on Tuesday morning - all fixed and washed. Received a follow up call regarding the towing and from service dept. Everything AOK More

In an emergency situation quickly repaired our Expedition. We were traveling to Mentor to visit our daughters family when we broke down. We were leaving for a Colorado vacation. Classic took car Expedition. We were traveling to Mentor to visit our daughters family when we broke down. We were leaving for a Colorado vacation. Classic took care of the repairs while we caught a plane to Colorado in Cincinnati. Everything was taken care of while we were gone. Great service. Ron really took care of us.
