My well-running Explorer was in for a Toe link Recall. I also wanted a slow leak in the back left tire fixed. My car was “fixed” on Saturday, 3/14. Neither were done properly. On the following Tue I also wanted a slow leak in the back left tire fixed. My car was “fixed” on Saturday, 3/14. Neither were done properly. On the following Tuesday AM while driving to work, I hit black ice and the car became uncontrollable. I limped back to Classic to have toe link relooked at. It appears to be fixed on this second go-around. In other matters, since the tire air pressure digital readout on my vehicle showed low pressure on my back left tire, I reached for my Airmoto portable tire inflator in the compartment between the two front seats to inflate it. Sadly, it was gone. There’s less than 1% chance I misplaced it elsewhere, but it is what it is. Finally, Josiah was professional and personable. I give him a “well done”! More

Ron Laing was excellent with explaining my service that day and when the service technician told me I needed new tires, Ron explained the cost, rebate, and the promotion to me. I am able to get in this wee day and when the service technician told me I needed new tires, Ron explained the cost, rebate, and the promotion to me.
