Traded a 2011 Cadillac DTS on a one owner, local, low mileage 2018 Cadillac CT6. While I was surprised to find the car at a Ford dealer, and although I would have liked a bit more for my trade, the CT6 w mileage 2018 Cadillac CT6. While I was surprised to find the car at a Ford dealer, and although I would have liked a bit more for my trade, the CT6 was in perfect condition at a great price so that after a little haggling I am very pleased with my purchase. The sales and finance reps were knowledgeable and very courteous. My six hour round trip was definitely worth it! More
The day of purchase was an extremely positive experience. There had been a situation the day before with the GM, Tim. He was highly unprofessional with me, and nothing was ready upon my arrival at 5:30 on Friday, as I was told it would be. I’m a recent widow, 8 weeks at the time, which he was fully aware of. I didn’t expect special treatment, but I did feel that they didn’t follow through on what they told me would transpire. I ended up leaving the dealership on Friday, only to be confronted by Tim in the parking lot on where I was going. After waiting for 40 minutes in the dealership and nothing was being done because the vehicle was being detailed and inspected. I became upset and agitated. I currently have nerve compression in my spine, and have an 11th back surgery in my near future. This is why I wanted to have everything in place upon my arrival at the dealership. Tim did call my cell after I left apologizing and asking when I would return. I spoke with ODarius afterwards and explained that I wasn’t in the emotional mindset to return that evening that I’d see him the next day. Which he graciously accepted my explanation, and continued to apologize multiple times for the situation. Shay reached out the next day, and I did return to purchase the Ford Edge. The experience I had with her, Kandi in finance, and phone conversation with Terrell went extremely well, as a purchase of this magnitude should be. I can’t thank everyone enough for making a bad situation the day before a pleasant experience for me when I went back the next day. When in any type of position that people work with the public I personally feel that people skills are a must. I didn’t expect special treatment, but I did expect respect, and simple consideration for my physical situation, hence me wanting things in order prior to my arrival. In the end it was a wonderful experience. I do hope that Tim gets some basic training from the dealership on how to treat potential buyers. Manners, and respect do not cost a penny, and definitely go a long way. More
Been waiting 6 months for them to find time to do recalls and warranty work. Never have time to get to it even tried to rent a car so they could keep it since they have no loaners. I ordered a new Ford Escape Hybrid on May 15,2022. I finally got the car on August 1st,2022. During the whole time, the team kept me informed to the best of their ability.
