Our car needed an oil change, tire rotation, and the brakes checked. There ended up being an issue with a brake hose. They had to order the part. There was a little delay in getting the part. Shelton and the other staff were very kind, polite, and kept us up to date on all. Thank you very much for looking out for us and keeping our car safe to drive! More
On 1/5/24 I took my 2016 Escape to have the oil changed and I used a coupon called The Works $49.95 + tax that Ford had sent me. I was NOT told that the coupon was just a "discount" and they ended up char and I used a coupon called The Works $49.95 + tax that Ford had sent me. I was NOT told that the coupon was just a "discount" and they ended up charging me $58.57 for misc. charges since the regular price was $89.99. I feel that I was duped since I was not informed that The Works was a gimmick to get me into the shop. I have used this particular dealer in the past and I always go away feeling I have been "had". This is my LAST VISIT TO CLASSIC FORD OF SHELBY. More
Employees are pleasant. However, did not receive courtesy car wash( it is a Lincoln dealership after all) and tire pressures were not checked as requested. However, did not receive courtesy car wash( it is a Lincoln dealership after all) and tire pressures were not checked as requested. More
This dealership is supposed to be able to service all makes of cars. But they obviously can’t. I took my 2019 Camry in to get new tires and an oil change. The wrong oil was put in and in the process of makes of cars. But they obviously can’t. I took my 2019 Camry in to get new tires and an oil change. The wrong oil was put in and in the process of replacing the tires the technician damaged the tire pressure sensor on the left front and replaced it with an aftermarket switch which they couldn’t program. I was sent to Toyota with the agreement from the service manager that they would pay for it. When I brought the receipt back to the service manager he refused to reimburse me. First of all he was pretty rude and uncaring about my satisfaction and after a shouting match with him he shoved me causing me to fall. I’m a 72 year old totally disabled veteran laying on the floor bleeding and no one from their staff offered any assistance. I was coerced into signing an agreement not to prosecute and they would give me my money back. No way to treat customers and no way for a manager to act. If it were possible to rate them with zero satisfaction stars they would get that! I’ve since read several reviews on their service department that prove they don’t care and have actually damaged other people’s cars. Randy Ledford 704 692-3289 More

I called the 2nd day my car sat at dealership and was told not to call back as Anthony would call me back. I never received a call. Finally after going without a car for a week I had to call & was told my car was ready. Upon arrivaI I couldn't find my car & didn't see it anywhere. Finally found my car parked behind the shop in the back further away from the shop. Invoice said if for any reason I wasn't completely satisfied to contact Tim Holcomb. I sent him an email and never got a reply. That is why I am leaving a bad review. I will not go back to the Shelby Ford Service Department. It is absolutely ridiculous that they kept my car for a week and never contacted me after I dropped my car off. I bet they would love going without their car for a week for a simple recall. To top it off my invoice said, all latches passed no replacement needed & was also told my other recall passed and nothing had to be done. Bottom line worst Service I have ever received. I have been driving Ford cars for 45 years and have never had poor service like this and I have never written a bad review. More
First and foremost this dealership is by far the most, careless, lazy, disorganized UNPROFESSIONAL, dealership I have ever encountered. I understand unique circumstances with customers happen everyday bu careless, lazy, disorganized UNPROFESSIONAL, dealership I have ever encountered. I understand unique circumstances with customers happen everyday but that is also when critical thinking skills come into play. Why as a customer I’m doing the finance department job for them? Even after doing a month long research and relaying that same information was given to Classic Ford they continuously dragged their feet with processing my payment owed to me. I highly wouldn’t recommend working with this dealership if you are trying to sell your vehicle the lack of communication and customer service is absolutely horrendous and team members need to be re-trained. I hope things improve and no else is made felt less than by this dealership. More
Moved close by and found this dealership. Walked the lot and salesman Shawn helped me out and was very pleasant. Very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on a Mustang 5.0. Sit down in an office where we begin the painfully long process (typical for a car dealership, I know). After discussing our options and deciding on a financing plan we sign our contract, transfer our tags, change our insurance, and finally make our payment. When all is said and done, it’s 4pm. We spent at least 4 of the 6 hours sitting and waiting during various stages of the process. Nonetheless, we left with our new truck, happy to have it! Then, FOUR DAYS LATER at 6:30pm, we receive a call from the dealership explaining that someone read our financing “approval” incorrectly, and we had actually been denied. They said we needed to have the truck back first thing the following morning.. Now, I understand it’s not their fault we were denied (apparently it’s hard to get financing on older, used vehicles). But the fact that they sent us home thinking we had successfully purchased a new vehicle, just to call us 4 days later to communicate the opposite shows that their internal process is severely flawed and they lack professionalism. Financing is a basic function of any dealership. You can’t properly run a dealership if your employees don’t know how to read basic financing documents. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trust them with their money. More
I purchased a truck today and my sales guy was Julian Solis and did an outstanding job from the first call to closing the sale today. I would recommend Julian if you need a vehicle.
