This is a very bad dealership. First off, once the sale is made you will no longer exist. The smiles disappear and you now become a a nuisance to them if you expect to receive the accessories you paid for is made you will no longer exist. Further, phone calls will be ignored and you will have to threaten them with legal action to get them to do the right thing. They installed third part aftermarket DVD headrest that probably cost them $300. They charged me $1800 and absolutely knew I wanted the Ford DVD headrest. It took a lot of effort and 4 drives of 55 minutes each way to finally get what I paid for. Horrible experience overall that made me feel sick ever time I drove my new car because of the drama it has brought me. More

I went to the dealer it took over 5 hours to agree on a price. After I agree with the price I let them know that I wanted to upgrade and get the stock navigation, so they came with a price and told me that price. Next day i went back to finalize the deal and close out on the loan. A day later they call me and told me that they can't order the navigation that is going to be an aftermarket one if I wanted one. I went there and they didn't know what kind and for sure they wouldn't give me the name of the company they were going to use to buy and install the navigation. So I felt like I was getting overcharged and I made my dessicion not get from there. Now I'm waiting for them to cut me a check because the funds are not clear in their account they still show as pending. They told me they were going call me yesterday and they didn'. I have to call them today and they still dont have an answer of when I'm going to get the check. I think this dealer is shaddy and would never recommend it to annyone. My first service is free on them but I'll rather pay at another Ford dealer around the area. More

I started out by just looking on the internet. I looked at just about every dealer out there except the bail out manufactures. I have owned three Ford trucks, a 1984 F-100, a 2002 F150 and the 2006 F-150 mentioned above. Great vehicles all! By the luck of the draw, a young sales person named Leah Edwards emailed me back. The next morning my wife and I decided to go look. We checked out Lexus, Toyota, Hyndai and Ford. I wanted a SUV. I really liked the folks at Classic Ford. I had my heart set on the redesigned Explorer. The inventory of Explorers was down to two so that was a bummer until a third one rolled out of dealer prep. It was just what I was looking for. Leah went into action showing me the vehicle from front to back. She also took my wife through the whole process with the My Touch system. The sales staff could not have done more unless they offered to pay for the car. I rolled out in my new EXPLORER and could not be more happy or satisfied. I look forward to a long and good relationship with Classic Ford. I rated the price for my truck good because you always expect more and we expect to pay less...human nature. More
