I found the sales staff to be very curtious. Their product knowledge was extensive. They answered all of my questions quickly and completely. A few weeks ago I had visited this dealership to see what they had in stock. Jared Whitman introduced himself and showed me what what was available that came close to what I was looking for. I told Jared that I may be buying in September and gave him a more specific list about the car and options that I wanted. Jared called me on August 29 to inform me that an Explorer had arrived at the dealership that fit my desires. Without his timely communications, I may have gone to Lugoff Ford, that was offering a similar Explorer to me. I purchased an Explorer XTL. I was very pleased with my experience at Classic Ford of Columbia. I reasearched cars on the internet and had decided upon one to test drive, the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I sent a message through the website t Columbia. I reasearched cars on the internet and had decided upon one to test drive, the Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I sent a message through the website to be contacted and within a few hours I was contacted and asked to set up a time to testdrive. When I arrived at the dealership to test drive the MKZ Hybrid, I determined it was too small. I did not test drive the vehicle but instead selected the MKS. I test drove it and thought about it for a week while I looked at other vehicles. I showed up a week later and took the Lincoln MKS home overnight to think about it. I purchased it the next day. JB answered all of my questions and was very easy to work with. No one at the dealership tried to sell me anything I did not want. The purchase was simple and pleasant. I have had great experiences with my previous 3 vehicles (all Fords) and I still have my Expedition. My salesperson, John Benjamin Jr., was very curtious and informative. Classic Ford and JB represent Ford well and exceed my expectations. I will purchase another Ford in the future and will purchase from Classic Ford and JB. For nine months, I had planned on buying my previously leased vehicle. The young man knew more about Ford cars as if he had been around a long time. Before I came to Classical Ford I was considering purchasing a SUV from CarMaxx; by the SUV (Toyota Highland 2008 and 2009) being a used vehical; the sales person didn't know much about the automobile. But when I came to Classical Ford; Thomas took me under the hood (like I new what I was looking at; I'm a female) but he made it so simple and plain that my 9 year old would have been able to understood it. Not only him but Raheim Addy really confirm my decision to buy. He offered me such a good deal with the rebates; Dent insurance and the tire insurance that I just couldn't resist. To be honest with you my payment didn't increase but it decrease. Now how many time have you purchase a new automobile and the payment decrease; I hadn't met one person except myself. That's a rare. I dealt with Andrew on Friday and explained to him that I absolutely would not make a final decision on a vehicle purchase until "I slept on it". Of course he wanted to close the sale but he had confidence that the vehicle and possible deal we agreed to would make my decision for me. It did... I returned Saturday with the intention of making the purchase. Andrew was with another client however he was able to break away, greet me, and introduced me to J.B. who he put in-charge of my needs. J.B. was able to answer the other questions I had and start the process of the vehicle purchase. Andrew is very professional, easy to speak with, he listens, and would be an asset to any company or business. and J.B. is equally an asset to this company. More
